Our Teen Summits offer a safe and supportive space for adolescents to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences alongside peers facing similar challenges. Overseen by experienced counselors specializing in adolescent mental health, these sessions provide a confidential and non-judgmental environment for teens to share, learn, and grow together.
Through a combination of psychoeducation, skill-building exercises, and group discussions, participants develop valuable coping strategies, enhance their self-awareness, and build meaningful connections with their peers. Topics covered may include stress management, communication skills, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and navigating relationships.


Group Therapy offers adolescents the opportunity to feel understood and supported by their peers, reducing feelings of isolation and increasing a sense of belonging. By sharing their stories and insights, teens not only receive support but also offer valuable support to others, fostering empathy and resilience within the group.
